We are Hiring Staff Nurse - ER

Location: Cherkala, Kasaragod, Kerala

Job Summary

The ER Staff Nurse is responsible for providing immediate, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies. The role requires rapid assessment, prompt intervention, continuous monitoring, and effective coordination with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Assess and triage emergency patients upon arrival.

Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as prescribed.

Assist physicians during emergency procedures and resuscitations.

Provide wound care, dressing changes, and emergency interventions.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care.

Coordinate with doctors,



technicians, and other healthcare professionals during emergencies.

Qualifications

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

Valid registration with the Kerala Nursing Council.
Minimum 1 year Experience Preferred.

ER/Casualty/Critical Care experience preferred.

Current BLS and ACLS certification is an advantage.

Strong clinical assessment and emergency management skills.
