Job Title: Sales Executive – RMC (Ready Mix Concrete)

Job Summary

Roljack is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products and services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Follow up on payments and support the accounts team in collections.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries and maintaining long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, construction materials, or the building materials industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
