5-15 yrs experience in accounting, Administration and office management
Job Description:
Administration: Managing office Accounts, Administration, Stores, purchases & Sales, handling correspondence, and preparing MIS reports.
Front Office: Welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and managing appointments.
Data Management: Updating databases, invoicing, HR related data handling and digital record-keeping.
Support: Coordinating meetings and providing support to senior management.
