Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate will provide course information, counsel applicants, handle enquiries, and convert leads into admissions while ensuring an excellent admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face counselling with students and parents visiting the institute.
- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online enquiries.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist with applications, document verification, and enrolment.
- Maintain accurate admission records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and persuasion skills.
- Experience in admissions, counselling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
