- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture best practices.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Robust analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to gather and validate business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions and present process designs clearly.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
