What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Group Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end processing of current business applications for Credit Life, Group Term Insurance (GTI), Gratuity, and Superannuation products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in data management, with a strong background in life insurance operations.

What does the job entail?

Data Management & Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of new business data from initial receipt to final policy issuance.

Data Validation & Transformation: Collect and validate data from partners, addressing discrepancies and transforming the data as needed to meet system requirements.

System Integration: Accurately upload and integrate processed data into company systems to facilitate correct policy issuance.

Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve system issues by coordinating with IT support to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control:



Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Client Communication: Communicate with group customers to resolve data submission and processing issues.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed records of all data processing activities and prepare reports on processing performance, data quality, and issuance metrics for management.

Work Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry.

Essential Qualification

A bachelor's or postgraduate degree.

Preferred Skills

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Product Knowledge: Knowledge of life insurance products.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
