Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Oversee inventory accounting and ensure proper inventory management.
- Perform real-time accounting and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor product costing, cost analysis, and implement cost control measures.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
- Generate and manage e-Invoices in compliance with GST regulations.
- Raise and monitor e-Way Bills for the movement of goods, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns while ensuring timely compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and banks.
- Process payroll and maintain employee reimbursement records.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handling petty cash on day-to-day closure.
Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax,
and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in Zoho added value
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
