Counseling

Job Summary:
Provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, or groups to help them address emotional, psychological, educational, or career-related concerns. Develop treatment or support plans and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct counseling sessions (individual, group, or family).
- Assess clients' needs and develop intervention plans.
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
- Provide crisis intervention when required.
- Refer clients to other healthcare or community services when appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and adjust counseling strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct awareness programs and workshops.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Psychology,



Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Relevant counseling certification or license (where applicable).
- Experience in counseling, mental health, education, or social services preferred.

Skills Required:

- Robust communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and ethics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
