Job Description – Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), GST, TDS, Tally Prime, financial transactions, and bank reconciliation. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
- Generate invoices, record financial transactions, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance and assist in statutory return filings.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
- Assist in financial reporting, audits, and maintaining books of accounts.

Required Skills

- Graduate/Master's in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.




- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Financial Transactions, and Tax Compliance.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
