Job Responsibilities:
- Manage entire project execution.
- Prepare the CPM and PERT for all projects.
- Ensure smooth and timely project completion.
- Communicate with clients.
- Guide project co-ordinator.
- Budgeting & maintain budget reports.
- Coordinate with purchase department.
- Get daily reports from site supervisors.
- Select labour teams and manage contracting.
- Ensure timely material delivery on site.
- Draft project-related emails.
- Attend project meetings with clients.
