Job description:

We are a leading healthcare and wellness organization committed to promoting preventive healthcare through innovative services, products, and digital solutions. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, D2C, or e-commerce.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, and Looker Studio or any other relevant tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and remarketing strategies.
- Positive analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.




- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹11,303.43 - ₹43,096.99 per month
