Location: Rohini Sec-8, Delhi (Onsite)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
In-hand: Up to ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive responsible for handling customer interactions, converting leads into sales, and driving revenue through effective communication. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on calls and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Explain NutriDocs’ health and wellness services clearly to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
- Experience in HealthTech, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is mandatory
