Impact Engineers is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and accounting software, with a robust understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure TDS compliance.
- Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting activities.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
