Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer with 0–1 year of hands-on experience who is passionate about building user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to real-world projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and continue growing their skills in a professional UX/UI environment.

Location: PUNE / Indore

Job type: Full time

Timing: 1 PM - 10 PM

Working days: 5 days

Requirements

- 0–1 year of hands-on experience or equivalent practical exposure in UX/UI design

- Only Pune and Indore-based candidates preferred

- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability

- Strong knowledge of UI fundamentals such as color, typography, layout, and responsive design

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and maintain a professional portfolio

- Familiarity with user testing, agile workflows,



and basic HTML/CSS & JavaScript

- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibility:

- Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications

- Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

- Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs

- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs

- Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines

- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users

- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
