About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across plant operations, sales, and overheads.
- Analyze Budget vs. Actuals and drive corrective actions with department heads.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Perform product-wise, plant-wise, and customer-wise profitability analysis.
- Monitor raw material costs, conversion costs, yield, and wastage variances.
- Prepare Capex business cases, ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
- Partner with plant, procurement, and sales teams to provide data-driven financial insights.
- Improve and automate reporting using ERP,



Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and internal financial controls.
- Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
- Assist the Finance Head with pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in Manufacturing / Chemical / Process Industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP systems
- Strong Advanced MS Excel skills
- Power BI or other BI tools exposure is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a
- fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
