About the Role

We are looking for a Robotics Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of robotic systems for our automation platform. You will lead a cross-functional team, define the technical architecture, and ensure successful delivery of robotics solutions from prototype to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead robotics system design and architecture.
- Develop robotics applications using ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python.
- Drive motion planning, controls, and system integration.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams.
- Mentor engineers and review technical designs.
- Troubleshoot complex robotics and automation challenges.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software and system development.
- Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, and Linux.
- Experience with robotic motion planning, control systems, kinematics,



and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with robotics simulation platforms such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or equivalent digital twin environments.
- Experience deploying robotics applications on NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded computing platforms.
- Robust understanding of robotics sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, and other perception systems.
- Experience integrating robotic hardware, embedded systems, motor controllers, and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, or autonomous robotics is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams.
