Job Overview:
We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team as Student Counsellor. As a Student Counsellor, you will play an important role in establishing and maintaining connections with prospective students, providing them with information about study abroad opportunities, and assisting them in initiating their admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting prospective students through calls to provide information about study abroad programs, universities, and admission requirements.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand students' aspirations, academic backgrounds, and preferences.
- Addressing inquiries related to study abroad options, application procedures, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Graduation in any field.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply
