Our corporate office is located in Kolathur, Chennai, and we are currently executing multiple projects across West Chennai. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help ensure our projects are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction site activities.
- Monitor work progress according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, supervisors, and workers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the construction site.
- Assist in planning daily site activities and monitoring work schedules.




- Conduct site inspections and report project progress to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors whenever required.
- Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping, and material records.
- Support both office and site operations as assigned by the project management team.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with site workers and project teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites across West Chennai and South Chennai.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on Qualification and Performance)
