About the Company

We are a growing coal trading and logistics company serving industrial customers across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and nearby regions. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our customer base and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for industrial coal sales.
- Visit factories, brick kilns, cement plants, steel plants, paper mills, and other industrial customers.
- Identify customer requirements and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- 1–5 years of B2B sales experience.




- Experience in coal, mining, logistics, industrial fuel, construction materials, cement, steel, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
