Duties and Responsibilities of Journal Editor:
1.Editors evaluate submitted manuscripts , select suitable ones for peer review and manage the review process by selecting reviewers and providing feedback on their evaluations.
2. They ensure a fair and effective peer review process, selecting appropriate reviewers and providing constructive feedback on their assessments.
3.Editors make final decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection based on peer review commendations and their own judgement.
4. Promote the journal through various channels , including conferences , networking etc.
5. Editors ensure the journal adheres to establishment ethical guidelines , manages potential misconduct and handle complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
