Job Summary

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst & Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to gather business requirements, analyze functional needs, coordinate projects, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, documentation, Agile, and project coordination skills, along with a good understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Conduct client demos,



requirement walkthroughs, project status meetings, and stakeholder updates.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, release management, and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project delivery.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
