A Spa Receptionist acts as the primary point of contact for guests, managing appointments, front-desk operations, and retail sales while maintaining a peaceful, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and answer inquiries.
- Booking & Scheduling: Answer calls/emails to schedule and coordinate treatment appointments.
- Payments & Sales: Process transactions, sell gift cards, and recommend retail products.
- Operations: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked.
Core Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-desk roles.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
