Milk Point Khandelwal Sweets is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our outlet in Indore.

ONLY CANDIDATES with Food/ Dairy/ Sweets store experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Supervising staff and preparing duty schedules
- Monitoring inventory, product availability, and wastage
- Maintaining hygiene and customer-service standards
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Verifying daily sales, cash, UPI, and card collections
- Coordinating with the Account Executive and management
- Submitting daily operational reports

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in sweets, bakery, restaurant, or food
- Solid staff-management and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of billing, inventory, and cash management
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Preference for candidates familiar with the Indore market
