We are currently looking for an experienced Windchill PLM Consultant to support a client engagement focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration and optimization.

Windchill PLM Consultant (Freelance / Part-Time)

Project Overview

Our client is implementing PTC Windchill PLM as the single source of truth for product data across engineering and manufacturing. The consultant will support the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of the Windchill environment while ensuring seamless interaction with enterprise systems.

A solid advantage will be candidates who have experience integrating Windchill PLM with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support PTC Windchill PLM.
- Design and optimize PLM workflows and product data management processes.
- Ensure Windchill serves as the enterprise single source of truth.
- Support integration between Windchill and SAP for engineering and manufacturing data.
- Troubleshoot PLM issues and provide enhancement recommendations.




- Work closely with engineering, product development, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM.
- Experience in PLM implementation, administration, or consulting.
- Knowledge of product structures, BOMs, engineering change management, and document management.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Highly Preferred (Super Plus)

- ✅ Experience integrating Windchill PLM with SAP
- ✅ Knowledge of SAP Material Master, BOM, Engineering Change Management (ECM), or related modules
- ✅ Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
