Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive to join our Insurance Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing TPA/ MEDISEP/ESIC/ECHS Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) billing and claims processes in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle TPA/ MEDISEP/ESIC/ECHS IP & OP claims processing and documentation
- Coordinate with TPA/ MEDISEP/ESIC/ECHS authorities for approvals, clarifications, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of insurance claims
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions
- Liaise with patients and internal departments to streamline insurance-related procedures

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hospital insurance department
- Sound knowledge of TPA/ MEDISEP/ESIC/ECHS procedures and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory
