Marketing & Sales Manager – Job Description (Automobile Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead sales operations, business development, and marketing activities for our automobile showroom/business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business growth
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets fixed by management
- Handle showroom sales operations and customer relationship management
- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and sub-dealers
- Plan promotional activities, campaigns, and branding initiatives
- Coordinate with digital marketing and field sales teams
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly revenue reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
- Lead and manage the sales team to improve overall performance

Requirements:

- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of automobile sales and market trends
- Ability to handle targets and business development activities
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting management

Qualification: MBA / Any Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience: 2–6 Years in Sales & Marketing (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards ,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
