MTM College Arts, Science & Commerce, affiliated with the University of Calicut and NAAC B++ accredited, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor / Sports Faculty (Physical Education). The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting physical education, sports activities, and overall student fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical education classes for students
- Plan and organize sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Train and coach students in various sports and athletic activities
- Monitor students’ physical fitness and performance
- Maintain sports equipment and facilities
- Encourage student participation in intercollegiate and extracurricular sports
- Support institutional activities and student development programs

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with a good academic record
- NET or PhD as per UGC norms (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sports training, fitness, and coaching techniques
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and guide students in sports and fitness
