- Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards before serving.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Refill water, beverages, and other table essentials as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Support teammates during busy service hours.
- Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant manager.
- Requirements
