Why this role?

Zaristaa is a growing women's fashion brand selling across Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart & Meesho. You'll learn how a real e-commerce business runs from the inside — ads, inventory, marketplace panels, dispatch — skills that companies pay lakhs for. Start as an Associate and grow into a senior Operations role as you prove yourself.

What you'll do

- Print & manage labels — process shipping labels and invoices for orders across all platforms; make sure the right product ships to the right customer.

- Keep inventory accurate — update stock across marketplaces daily so we never oversell or run out.

- Fight wrong returns — record unboxing videos of damaged/wrong returns, raise tickets with the portal, and follow up till we get our money back. (Every claim you win earns you a bonus.)

- Run the seller panels — update listings, prices and offers on Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, etc.

- Learn to run ads — start with the basics, grow into managing sponsored campaigns that drive sales.





- Coordinate with platform account managers — build relationships that get Zaristaa better visibility and deals.

(You won't do all of this on day one — we'll train you step by step.)

What we're looking for

- Graduate / final-year (any stream) — BCom / BBA a plus.

- Comfortable with a computer, Excel/Google Sheets, and the internet.

- Sharp eye for detail, organised, valuable at follow-ups.

- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the brand.

- No prior experience needed — attitude matters more than a resume.
