Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with the founders, marketing, and production teams to create engaging designs while ensuring production-ready artwork for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, and marketing materials.
- Create artwork for T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, packaging, and other merchandise.
- Prepare print-ready production files, layouts, and artwork for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate file formats, sizing, and print quality.
- Design promotional materials for digital marketing campaigns.




- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of print production, layouts, and pre-press file preparation.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
