Key Responsibilities:

- · Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- · Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- · Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries




- · Maintain good relationships with customers
- · Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- · Update customer details and interactions in the system
