- Job Description :

- 1. Implementing restructuring of Debt for the Company.

- 2. Raising of funds/ BG for the requirement of Business by the way generation of new leads and implementing the same.

- 3. Managing the existing relationship including but not limited to renewal requirements, with the banks.

- 4. Credit rating of MEP Group.

- 5. Closure requirement of HAM entities with relation to Harmonious Substitution of HAM Companies/ conciliation with the banks/FIs

- 6. Preparation /Vetting of financial models.

- 7. Working Capital Appraisal of Banks including preparation of CMA data

- 8. Maintaining and Ensuring the timely renewal / Extension of BG's

- 9. Ensure renewal of limits on timely basis with all the lending banks/ FI's.

- 10.



Putting efforts towards reduction of Cost for all banking related outgo.

- 11. Credit rating for all the entities.

- 12. Liaison with ASM for smooth conduction of audit and presentation of details/data

- 13. Managing LAS .

- 14. Any other work as assigned by the seniors.
