Insurance Sales Executive / Loan & Insurance Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell loan-related insurance products, life insurance, health insurance, and financial protection plans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Promote insurance products related to loans, life, health, and general insurance
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and channel partners
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist customers with policy documentation, renewals, and claim support
- Follow up with existing customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings regularly

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Sales and customer relationship management abilities
- Basic knowledge of loans, banking, and insurance products
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in insurance, banking, loan sales, or financial services preferred
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply

Experience

- 1–5 years in insurance sales, loan sales, banking sales, or financial product sales
