- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
