Mandatory Skills:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience within IT, highly focused on Informatica Development and support.
- Understanding of SDLC is required: Agile model- Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with ETL tool: Informatica Intelligent cloud services, MuleSoft
- Strong experience with RDBMS concept: SQL, Oracle, etc.
- Experience with operating systems: Windows, Linux
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and data modeling.
- Very good experiencing in scripting: bash/shell scripting
- Good understanding of operational support best practices in critical setting including change management and documentations.
- Experience on Snowflake and Amazon Web Servies is value added.
- Good to have ITIL certification.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and compliance requirements.
- Experience of Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Performing development/support tasks, various tests cases, working on CR's, documentations, troubleshooting of ETL jobs and finding the root cause analysis within HR
- HUB system - using Agile way of working and Azure DevOps tool.
- We expect you to work on IICS ETL jobs/ taskflows.
- Having frequent interactions internally, cross organizationally and with external stakeholders.




- Monitoring and respond to incidents/tickets.
- To create and maintain documentations like Technical Specification Doc, Test-cases, Interface Agreements etc.
- Regular monitoring of the HR Hub loads.
