KhataWise is a cloud-based GST-compliant accounting software built for Indian businesses, trusted by 1,000+ companies across India. We're hiring a Telecaller – Sales to connect with prospective customers, explain our product, and convert leads into free trial sign-ups and paid subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads from website, ads, and referrals
- Explain KhataWise features (GST, invoicing, inventory, TDS, reports) to prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule demos for the onboarding team
- Follow up with warm leads and trial users to drive conversions
- Update call outcomes and lead status in CRM daily
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Handle basic pricing and product objections confidently
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Confident phone communication and convincing ability
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented mindset
- 0–3 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or BPO (freshers welcome)
- Graduate preferred; Commerce background is a plus
