As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Conduct site visits and client meetings across Bangalore.

- Coordinate with builders and developers.





- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales closing ability with a target-driven mindset.

- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.

- Leadership qualities and the potential to handle teams.
