Job Description: Finance & Operations Assistant – BangaloreAbout Clinikk:

What is expected:

- Prepare daily/weekly payment summaries and support payment processing.
- Handle basic accounting entries for receipts, payments, income & expenses.
- Manage petty cash, maintain logs, and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare bills/invoices based on internal inputs.
- Coordinate vendor invoice creation and maintain documentation.
- Maintain organised bookkeeping records (expenses, vouchers, supporting files).
- Assist in general finance & operations activities as assigned.
- Use and learn AI tools & LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for documentation, data cleanup, process efficiency, and workflow automation.
- Experience in Saturatory payments (TDS,PT,PF,LWF)

Who you should be:

- Graduate or Post-Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in finance operations/accounts.
- Comfortable with Tally, Advance Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting tools.
- Curious about technology and willing to learn AI/LLM tools for productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills
- Based in Bangalore.
