Key Responsibilities

n Responsible for creating all schedules and assigning patients to nursing staff

n Responsible for maintaining discipline in the nursing department at the centre at all the time

n Responsible for maintaining team morale at all times in nursing division

n Responsible for maintaining liasoning among nurses, patients, families, physicians, management, and other patients

n Responsible for quality assurance across nursing division maintaining best standards of practice and documentation

n Responsible for conducting interviews for nursing staff

n Responsible for providing training to all nursing staff at regular intervals as per defined SOP

n Responsible for induction of nursing staff for every new joinee for nursing division as per defined SOP

n Responsible for organizing training seminars and courses to educate the staff on current procedures and protocols for nursing division





n Responsible for evaluating performance of all nursing staff at the centre

n Responsible for adherence of all process and documentation in the nursing division ensuring all compliance are met including files, process, SOPs in the nursing division

n Responsible for taking necessary action/changes for any deviation or error in the department and updating the same to the concerned authorities

n Responsible for promptly addressing emergencies/exigencies at all times

n Responsible for being pro active and identify changes that needs to be done for the betterment of the services and hospital at all times

n Responsible to take regular rounds in the hospital

n Responsible for management of all patient complaints

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
