Functional Responsibilities:1) Entering order confirmations in SAP and maintaining details such as price, shipping date & delivery date.2) Checking whether there is a deviation in the price and quantity by comparing the order details and supplier confirmation.3) If everything is correct in the confirmations, attaching order confirmations in SAP.4) Informing buyers if there are any changes in the procurement process, and keeping them updated regarding deviations in supplier confirmations.5) Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up valuable communication.6) Report on procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas ( KRA's)7) To highlight any cases where immediate attention of the buyer is needed.8) To support in any activity that is needed in smooth function of Purchasing team.9) Highlight any scenario which could lead to delay in the delivery of goods.
