As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers for savings and current accounts.
- Promote banking products such as loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with branch teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.

Eligibility:





- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in sales and customer-facing roles
- Age below 27years (if applicable)
