Job Description – Branch Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Position: Branch Sales Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Location: As per Company Requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate property sales through walk-ins, digital leads, channel partners, and referrals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, customer follow-ups, and booking conversions.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing,



and Operations teams for smooth customer handling.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies.
- Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, including team handling.
