Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused EV Sales Executives to drive sales of EV charging solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional customers. The role involves identifying customer requirements, promoting AC/DC charging solutions, educating clients about EV charging infrastructure, and managing the complete sales cycle. Candidates should be passionate about electric mobility, renewable energy, and customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, digital channels, and field visits.

Understand customer charging requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.

Present product demonstrations and explain charger features, charging speed, safety standards, and smart connectivity.

Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, fleet operators, builders, and corporate clients.

Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product presentations when required.

Product & Market Knowledge

Stay updated on EV charging technologies, industry trends, government regulations, and competitor offerings.

Educate customers on AC and DC chargers, charging standards, installation requirements, and charging infrastructure.

Explain government incentives, EV infrastructure policies, and subsidy schemes applicable in Delhi and Karnataka.

Clearly communicate warranty terms, AMC/service plans, installation process, and after-sales support.

Sales Process & Documentation

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

Coordinate with technical, installation, logistics, and service teams for timely project execution.

Assist customers with documentation,



purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Targets & Reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders to maximize conversions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly sales revenue and number of EV chargers sold.

Lead-to-order conversion ratio.

Customer satisfaction and retention.

Number of customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations conducted.

Proposal closure rate and follow-up efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Experience: 3–5 years in electrical equipment, EV charging, EV infrastructure, renewable energy, automotive, or industrial product sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred).

Customer-focused with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Basic understanding of EV charging technology, electrical systems, and charging infrastructure (training will be provided).

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in EV charger, electrical equipment, renewable energy, industrial products, or EV infrastructure sales.

Knowledge of EV charging standards, installation requirements, and electrical systems.

Passion for sustainable mobility and clean energy.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Flexibility to work weekends based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
