Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for CS, Marketing, Supply Chain etc
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for closures
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for non-IT roles preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
