Full Job Description

1. PF/ESIC Knowledge Understanding the requirement on manpower from the business and sourcing candidates.

2. Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews and interviewing the candidate.

3. Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the onboarding formalities.

4. Recruitment and Hiring.(End to End)

5. Training and Development.

6. Employer-Employee Relations.

7. Maintain Company Culture.

8. Manage Employee Benefits.

9. Create a Safe Work Environment.

10. Handle Disciplinary Actions.

SALARY AS PER EXPERIENCE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qualified in Human Resources® (Preferred)
