Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions.
- Prepare GST invoices and ensure timely GST return filing.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Process employee salaries and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in statutory audits and internal audits.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks,



and government departments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- GST & TDS knowledge
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice management
- Financial reporting
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
