The PDP Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Executive – Operations to oversee day-to-day cargo handling operations, lead field teams, and ensure smooth coordination between operations, maintenance, and clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the daily cargo handling operations, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient loading, unloading, shifting, and storage of cargo.
- Lead and coordinate a team of operators, supervisors, mechanics, and field staff to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Monitor field operations and ensure all activities comply with industrial safety standards and company SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of operational data, cargo movement records, and storage agreements into the company software.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including maintenance, administration, accounts, and client servicing, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Visit client locations when required,



address operational concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines at all operational sites.

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, cargo handling, warehousing, port operations, or heavy equipment operations.
- Experience in leading and managing operational teams.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
