Job Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team Tele-Sales Executives . Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the team, driving sales targets, providing guidance and coaching to team members, and ensuring team’s overall success. This position requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of tele-sales techniques, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Team Management
- Supervise and support a team of Tele-Sales Executives in achieving their sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, and work closely with team members to help them meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Sales Strategy and Planning

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize the team’s performance and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and promotional opportunities.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Provide input and suggestions to improve sales processes, scripts, and training materials based on team insights.

- Training and Development

- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members to improve their sales skills.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer service.
- Share industry updates, best practices,



and new sales techniques to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Foster a learning culture within the team, encouraging continuous professional development.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Track individual and team performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
levels.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, key trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct analysis of sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance analysis.

- Communication and Collaboration

- Serve as a liaison between the Tele-Sales Executive team and other departments, fostering effective communication and
collaboration.
- Communicate sales targets, goals, and performance updates to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational
objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR department for recruitment, on boarding, and training of new team members.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing team members’ queries, concerns, and escalations.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tele-sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of tele-sales techniques, customer service, and sales processes.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills to deal with Senior management
- Analytical mind-set, Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Dialler, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Leadership qualities such as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
