Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right training programs. Your contribution will directly impact student success while helping the organization achieve its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course details, career prospects, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into successful admissions.




- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.
- Track and manage leads efficiently using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Meet individual admission and performance targets.

Eligibility

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of English , Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
