We're looking for an energetic and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy coaching, motivating people, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Guide clients with proper exercise techniques.
- Create and monitor workout plans.
- Motivate clients and ensure a great training experience.
- Maintain a safe and positive workout environment.
Eligibility
- Certified Personal Trainer or relevant fitness qualification.
- Experience in strength training, functional training, or calisthenics is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation
- Fixed Pay:
₹8,000–₹10,000 per month (based on experience and working hours)
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives for client retention, personal training conversions, and achieving monthly targets.
Work Schedule
- Morning and/or Evening shifts (Flexible)
- 5–6 days a week
